  • James Fulton

    A founding partner of Arkae & Co., James was global head of talent at Goldman Sachs. He also led Pine Street, the firm’s elite leadership development group for partners and senior executives.

    James holds degrees from the University of Oxford and INSEAD, along with qualifications in psychology and counseling. His writing on leadership, performance, and culture appears in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and the Financial Times.

    Based in London, James has lived and worked in the US, Asia, and Europe.

  • Todd Warner

    A founding partner of Arkae & Co., Todd is the former Chief Learning Officer at BHP and the founder of Like Minds Advisory.

    Todd has worked for a diverse range of international businesses, including Merck, ING, Citibank, KPMG, Ericsson, and Unilever. He has taught at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. And he writes for Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, The Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal.

    Todd has lived across the world and is currently based between Australia, the US, and the UK.

  • Kate Piper

    Kate leads client engagements at Arkae & Co.

    Kate spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, including in Pine Street, the firm’s executive development group, where she coached senior leaders and designed leadership programs focused on performance, strategy execution, and culture. She also worked across the Talent function.

    Kate holds a BA in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick. She is trained in coaching with Hult Ashridge, certified in the Hogan Suite of personality instruments. She has worked as a crisis counselor for Shout, the mental health charity.

    London-based, Kate works with clients globally.

  • Chris Kusuma

    Chris supports our diagnostic, design, coaching, and implementation work with senior leaders and teams.

    Chris is an ICF-accredited and Hogan-certified coach, having trained in Executive Coaching and Team and Systemic Coaching at Henley Business School. Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity, including at Tristan Capital and KKR.

    Chris attended the MBA program at London Business School and holds an MSc in Performance Psychology from Bangor University.

    German and British, Chris is based in London and has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

  • Anna Reeve

    Anna is a senior executive coach, facilitator, and consultant, working across corporate, government, professional services, and investment sectors.

    Previously, Anna was a partner at a London-based leadership and organizational consultancy, a strategy consultant at Deloitte, and a diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including four years at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo.

    Anna holds an MBA from INSEAD and a First Class BA Honours in Politics from the University of Melbourne. She is an accredited executive coach, coach supervisor, and certified team coach through IECL.

    Melbourne-based, Anna works with clients globally.

  • Kiran Chitta

    Kiran is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 25 years’ experience working across leadership, transformation, assessment, coaching, and organizational development.

    Kiran has held roles with Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Deloitte, the UK Senior Civil Service, Motorola, Majid Al Futtaim Group, and Oliver Wyman. He is the author of two books, ‘Change Agility’ and ‘Strive’.

    Kiran holds degrees from the University of Oxford and Manchester School of Management, and a doctorate in psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute. He has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
